These terms apply to the residential remodeling and deck building services provided by Bruin Builders, based at 519 N Boyer Ave, Sandpoint, ID 83864.

1. Services

Bruin Builders provides residential remodeling and deck building services to homeowners in Sandpoint and across Bonner County, Idaho. We do not perform commercial work. All work is performed for residential properties only.

2. Estimates and Scope

Estimates are provided based on a walk-through of your project at your home. A written scope of work describes what is included before any work begins. Any changes to the scope are documented in writing.

3. Scheduling

Project schedules are discussed and agreed upon during the estimate process. Weather and material availability in North Idaho can affect timelines, and we communicate any changes as they arise.

4. Permits

Some projects require a building permit from your local jurisdiction. We discuss permit requirements with you during the estimate so you know what applies to your project.
