A Small Sandpoint Building Company

Bruin Builders is a residential remodeling and deck building company in Sandpoint, Idaho. Founded in 2019, we're a small, owner run company. That means the person who builds your project is the one you call.

We do residential work only. No crews bouncing between job sites. Homes are all we do, and we take on a smaller number of projects so each one gets the attention it deserves.

North Idaho shapes how we build. Snow loads, lake moisture and freeze and thaw cycles change what materials make sense and how they go together. We build with that climate in mind, whether it's a deck on the lake, siding that sheds a Sandpoint winter, or a basement finished dry and warm.

When you reach out, you talk to the builder, not a sales team. We walk the project with you at your home, give you a clear written scope, and build it.
